5G era opens a new horizon toward communication with features and capabilities. The mobile generation comes up multi-gigabit per second data rate along its huge available bandwidths provided by millimeter-wave frequency bands. Dispensing fully connected world throughout low latency is the supreme aim for networks. However, attaining high-speed, reliable challenging in generation, especially scenarios numerous obstacles such as urban one. As rises, signal's penetration power declines, which can mislead TCP adjusting sending because cannot distinguish that packet drop network due to congestion or other shortcomings of blockage random drops. This paper proposes based on Fuzzy logic, strives prevent performance reduction deployments. rules are implemented avoidance phase protocol adjust intelligently impacts. ultimate control current situation so it attain highest possible performance. Moreover, tries reach goal through keep average small restrain buffer exhaustion. extensive conducted simulations showed newly proposed could higher compared BBR, HighSpeed, Cubic, NewReno terms throughput, RTT, adjustment scenario.
